Most independent hotels run a PMS, a separate website, a rate spreadsheet, and a person copying between them. That copying is what produces overbookings and a website price that disagrees with the desk. Here availability, rates and reservations have one source, and the website, the OTAs and the front desk all read from it and write to it.

Common questions about Etolv Hospitality

I have more than one property - together or separately?

Both. Each property has its own rooms, rates and books, staff work only in the properties they are allowed into, and the owner gets one consolidated view.

Does the ETA e-invoicing actually work?

Yes, and with the hotel's own seal - signing happens on the machine the token is plugged into, so the seal never leaves the hotel. Invoices sign live from the desk, or automatically with the night audit.

Can it connect to Booking and Expedia?

It is built around distribution channels and a documented public API, and connectors ship one at a time. Talk to us and we will tell you exactly which is live today and which is next.

My accountant uses another program - move or connect?

Either. There is full double-entry accounting with statements inside the system, and export plus an API if you would rather keep your accounting package.

Will the staff manage with it?

The interface is fully Arabic and right-to-left, and each role sees only its own screens. We train the team, hand over Arabic guides, and stay with you through the first month.
