What if the internet drops mid-day?
The till keeps working on the device and stores sales locally, then syncs everything automatically once the connection is back.
Do I need special hardware?
It runs on any device with a browser - PC or tablet - and supports standard barcode scanners, thermal printers and cash drawers.
How is tax configured?
Tax is a setting, not hard-coded, so you configure it for your country and activity and change it if the rules change.
Can I import products from my old system?
Yes - products, barcodes and balances import from Excel or your old database, and we review samples with you before go-live.
