What people ask before signing
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because cost varies a lot with your size, branches, users and required integrations. We give a written estimate once we understand the need, which is fairer and more accurate than a headline number.
I already have hosting - can you work on it?
Yes. We review your current server, tell you if it needs setup or hardening, and if it fits we deploy on it and hand over operating and backup documentation.
Do you also provide SSL and domains?
Yes - domain registration, DNS setup, SSL issuing and auto-renewal, and branded email. Usually as part of managed hosting.
Another developer built my system and it stalled - can you continue it?
We review the code first and tell you honestly whether to continue or rebuild. Sometimes fixing is cheaper, sometimes rebuilding is cheaper long-term - and we show you the reasoning either way.
Is support available at odd hours?
Systems that daily trading depends on, like POS, get extended support and automated alerting, and the response time is agreed in writing in the support contract.
