Privacy Policy — Etolv E-Invoice

In short: your invoice data stays on your device. Etolv does not receive, store, sell, or share it. Etolv E-Invoice is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Egyptian Tax Authority or the Egyptian e-invoicing system.
1. What data the extension handles
- Documents you can already see on the portal — invoice headers, details, lines, taxes and the parties on them — read through your own signed-in session on the official e-invoicing portal.
- Files you choose to open in the reconciliation tool (for example, a sales or purchases export from your accounting system). They are read inside your browser only.
- Your settings — language, export options, column mappings, and the date you accepted the Terms of Use.
2. Where it is stored
Everything is stored locally in your browser's extension storage (IndexedDB and chrome.storage) on your device. Nothing is uploaded to Etolv or to any third party.
3. Who the extension communicates with
The extension connects only to the official Egyptian e-invoicing portal (invoicing.eta.gov.eg and api-portal.invoicing.eta.gov.eg), using the session you already opened, and only with read-only requests. It does not load remote code and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
4. Passwords and session tokens
The extension never asks for, reads, or stores your portal password. The short-lived session token issued by the portal is read from your open portal tab only when needed and is never saved.
5. Data sharing and sale
Etolv does not sell user data, does not transfer it to third parties, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
6. Permissions and why they are needed

7. Your control
You can delete all data the extension holds at any time from Settings → Clear extension data, or by removing the extension from your browser.
8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received by Etolv E-Invoice adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Licensing
If a paid licence is introduced, the only data sent to Etolv for licensing will be the taxpayer registration number (RIN) and the licence status — never invoice content. This policy will be updated, and your consent requested again, before that happens.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be shown in the extension, and you will be asked to accept them before continuing to use it.

باختصار: بيانات فواتيرك تبقى على جهازك. لا تستقبلها Etolv ولا تخزنها ولا تبيعها ولا تشاركها. Etolv E-Invoice أداة مستقلة، وليست تابعة لمصلحة الضرائب المصرية ولا لمنظومة الفاتورة الإلكترونية، وغير معتمدة منهما ولا تربطها بهما أي علاقة.
1. البيانات التي تتعامل معها الإضافة
- المستندات المتاحة لك بالفعل على البوابة — بيانات الفواتير وتفاصيلها وبنودها وضرائبها وأطرافها — تُقرأ من خلال جلستك المسجّلة على البوابة الرسمية للفاتورة الإلكترونية.
- الملفات التي تختار فتحها في أداة المطابقة (مثل ملف المبيعات أو المشتريات من برنامج الحسابات). تُقرأ داخل متصفحك فقط.
- إعداداتك — اللغة وخيارات التصدير وربط الأعمدة وتاريخ موافقتك على شروط الاستخدام.
2. مكان التخزين
كل شيء يُخزَّن محليًا في تخزين الإضافة داخل متصفحك (IndexedDB وchrome.storage) على جهازك. لا يُرفع أي شيء إلى Etolv أو إلى أي طرف آخر.
3. الجهات التي تتصل بها الإضافة
تتصل الإضافة فقط بالبوابة الرسمية للفاتورة الإلكترونية (invoicing.eta.gov.eg وapi-portal.invoicing.eta.gov.eg)، باستخدام الجلسة التي فتحتها بنفسك، وبطلبات قراءة فقط. لا تحمّل الإضافة أي كود من الإنترنت، ولا تحتوي على أي أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبع.
4. كلمات المرور ورموز الجلسة
لا تطلب الإضافة كلمة مرور البوابة ولا تقرؤها ولا تخزنها. رمز الجلسة قصير العمر الذي تصدره البوابة يُقرأ من تبويب البوابة المفتوح عند الحاجة فقط ولا يُحفظ أبدًا.
5. مشاركة البيانات وبيعها
لا تبيع Etolv بيانات المستخدمين، ولا تنقلها إلى أي طرف ثالث، ولا تستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا تستخدمها لتقييم الجدارة الائتمانية أو لأغراض الإقراض.

7. تحكمك في بياناتك
يمكنك حذف كل البيانات التي تحتفظ بها الإضافة في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← مسح بيانات الإضافة، أو بحذف الإضافة من متصفحك.
8. الاستخدام المحدود وفق سياسة Chrome Web Store
يلتزم استخدام Etolv E-Invoice للمعلومات التي تتلقاها بسياسة بيانات المستخدم في Chrome Web Store، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
9. الترخيص
إذا تم تطبيق ترخيص مدفوع، فإن البيانات الوحيدة التي ستُرسل إلى Etolv لأغراض الترخيص هي رقم التسجيل الضريبي للممول وحالة الترخيص — ولن يُرسل أي محتوى للفواتير. وسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة وطلب موافقتك مرة أخرى قبل ذلك.
10. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة. وستظهر التعديلات الجوهرية داخل الإضافة، وسيُطلب منك الموافقة عليها قبل متابعة الاستخدام.
